Your Letter from School
The school gives you a letter for each child with two things on it: your child's full name, exactly as the school has it, and a family password.
Keep the letter somewhere safe. The family password is what you use to collect your child, and to make any change to your account. It is never sent by email.
Dear Parent,
Here are the details you need to collect your child and to set up your family account.
Please type the name exactly as shown, including capital letters. Keep this password private.
Sign In with Your Email
Open the family account page on your phone or computer and enter your email address. We send you a sign-in link. Open it, and you are in.
There is no password to create or forget. You stay signed in on that device until you sign out.

Check Your Email
We've sent a sign-in link to anna.hammond@example.com. Open it on this phone.
Tell Us Who You Are
The first time you sign in, enter your full name and your mobile number.
Your mobile matters: whenever anything changes on your account, we send you a text so you always know.
Welcome
First, tell us who you are.
Add Your Children
Type your child's full name and the family password from the letter, and say whether you are their mother, father or carer. Repeat for each child.
If both parents set up accounts, each of you adds the children yourselves. You'll each see who else is linked, and both of you are told about every change.

No one else yet. Only you and the family password can collect.
Add Grandma, Friends and Family
Tap Add a trusted adult and enter their full name, how they're related (Grandma, Uncle, Isla's mum) and their mobile number. They must be 16 or over.
You can add a photo of their face if you like, so staff at collection know who to expect. If you have more than one child, tick which children they can collect.
Add a Trusted Adult
Choose When
One day, such as Grandma collecting on Friday, or a friend's mum taking four children to a birthday party.
Every week, such as Sarah's mum doing the Wednesday swimming run until Easter.
Any day, for someone who can always collect.
Confirm with your family password. New arrangements start from tomorrow. If someone needs to collect today, please phone the school office.
When Can They Collect?
Everyone Is Told
The moment you add, change or remove someone, every parent linked to that child gets a text and an email saying exactly what changed and who made the change.
The school office sees it too. Nothing about who can collect your child ever changes quietly.
Didn't Make That Change?
If you ever get a message about a change you didn't make or expect, tap the link and press Stop this change.
The change is cancelled, the account that made it is paused, and the school office is alerted straight away. If a child could be at risk right now, phone the school.
Didn't Make This Change?
We will cancel the change, pause the account that made it and tell the school office straight away.
Change Stopped
The school office has been told and will contact you.
Keep It Up to Date
Your account lists everyone who can collect each child, and from when. Tap Change days or Add photo to update someone, or Remove when an arrangement ends.
Removing someone works instantly and needs no password. Adding or changing always needs your family password, and starts from the next day.

At Collection Time
Whoever is collecting checks in at reception on their phone with the child's full name and family password. The prep room releases the child, and a three-letter code appears on the phone.
Reception checks the code before handing your child over. Going home always takes two ticks, and every step is recorded.

The classroom has been told you are here.
Please wait at reception.
